Just to the right of center is the Hynophora sp. This is one aggressive coral. The shells to the right of it are preventing it from getting at the Pocillopora. It was sending out sweeper tentacles and stinging the Pocillopora.
A future concern is the Hynophora getting to the other coral on the left.

A frag of the M. capricornis started much lower than the mother colony to see if it could adjust. It is showing growth; polyps are visible under magnification.

Reef A

These two Scarlet Cleaner shrimp were added at the same time the clownfish (below) were added but due to their elusiveness it has been hard to photograph them. This shot was made during the afternoon with the lights out.

The Scarlet cleaners are not used to being out during the day yet as they are new to this reef. Hoping they will produce larvae soon.

In this view the sea cucumber is attempting to filter food from the current.

Two new Ocillaris clowns just added. Only the brighter colored one has been seen to nibble at some food. The darker fish has shown no interest in food and thus causes some concern.

Both clown fish have died. The darker one died about three days before the brighter one on the left. These were wild caught and the consensus seems to be that wild caught are not as hardy as tank raised which are a little more costly both the better buy due to their greater survivability.

Recently added this yellow sea cucumber. It seems to like this spot where the current brings planktonic food its way.
